To make building even faster, the platform includes assistive systems like Palette to instantly handle layout and styling across different rApps and even documents. rAI, our AI expert, guides you through creating and using your custom setups seamlessly.

What can I collect from clients?

Forms, files, approvals, signatures, and structured data. All connected in a single custom made, and adaptable onboarding experience your team and clients can follow from any device.

How does customisation work?

Design once with Palette, then sync styling and components across rapps and documents. Update in bulk instead of rebuilding every touchpoint by hand.

Do I need to start from scratch?

No. You can jump right in with a ready-made template or build from scratch using our smart design tools. With Palette handling the visual refinement and rAI guiding your setup, creating a custom rApp is entirely frictionless. And if you’re short on time, our expert team is always on hand to build your first rApp for you.

What happens if I run out of credits?

The company administrator will receive a notification before your balance is depleted, allowing them to purchase more credits. You can also enable an automatic top-up system to avoid interruptions. Please note that if your credits run out, rAI features and automations will pause. Any credits included with your user seats reset and renew automatically each month.

Am I limited to the credits from my own seat?

Not at all! All credits are pooled together at the company level. This means high-volume power users can freely use more credits, while low-volume users keep the pool balanced.
